For students in Years 3 and 4, Your clasroom teachers, Mrs McCredden, Ms Moloney, and Ms Roberts are contacting parents directly to offer support with learning at home during the COVID-19 changes. The teachers are using class dojo to communicate and via email and phone as well. Learning at Home can be very informal and fun. Try to think of activities which are fun as well as educational. Activities such as cooking and board games and cards are great. The Arts are also quite valuable learning opportunites at home. We have a section called The Arts under the Learning at Home Menu which offers some great ideas. The Library section offers some fun websites to access online reading and literacy material.
Don't hesitate to contact the school and your child's teachers for support if you would like, but please just take Learning at Home at your own relaxed pace.
Here are some suggestions for learning activities you can try at home. Choose from the list of activites on the grid.
